ENTERPRISE SOFTWARE AND WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT

As a full time employee of Kimray, I lead a team of multiple departments to implement a complete overhaul of:  corporate website, data processes, design, S.E.O. structure, and E.R.P. (Enterprise Resource Planning) integration. This was a collaborative effort of multiple departments at Kimray including: Engineering, Drafting, Marketing, Sales, Product Applications, I.T. and the Executive Team.

The design of the website was introduced by graphic designers in the Marketing department based on a completely new S.E.O. strategy. I consulted with them on S.E.O. structure, optimization and market analysis with competitors in their digital market. As a result they incorporated a completely new search engine optimized design and function of their website.

The new site's product data is integrated with Kimray's E.R.P. (Enterprise Resource Planning) solution which runs the entire: manufacturing, shipping, invoicing, receiving and reporting functions. I spearheaded the new low maintenance, low support data processes to dynamically update a custom ecommerce "shopping cart" function. This ensures the accuracy and reliability of information to their customers. The product applications team spent months working with Engineering and Drafting to update the data needed to maximize our customers' experience finding product to suit their needs. With a solid data structure and update process in place, the latest in digital technology and best practices and modern design / structure, there are plans for future integrated applications to continue to improve customer's experience and provide them unmatched tools and information in their digital market.

We have also integrated rich metrics to continue to analyze how they can provide the best experience for their customers. This new website is part of Kimray's vision to "leverage technology and innovate in our industry to provide our customers the best experience possible, and make a difference in the lives of those we serve".
